Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical merchandise ordered through our store. Orders are normally prepared within 1?? business days, followed by an estimated 2?? business-day carrier transit period. These ranges are estimates, not delivery guarantees, and weekends, holidays, weather, high volume, customs, address checks, or carrier events can add time.

Any free-shipping eligibility and the available services are confirmed at checkout. Customers must submit a complete delivery address, working email, and reachable phone number. Tracking is sent when available. If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, a delivered scan cannot be located, or merchandise arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment and, when appropriate, open a carrier inquiry.

Some destinations, products, or address types may have delivery limits. For order help, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number when issued, and a clear description of the concern; photographs of damage and packaging may be requested.
