Is shipping free?

What if I change my mind or choose the wrong item?

Request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective return must be new and unused, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials. The free return label is provided in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Contact us with the order number, checkout email, details, and product and packaging photos or video. Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted. Exchanges depend on stock.

When is a refund processed?

An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 days.
